Alline Smith Williams, 95, of Town Creek, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
Visitation will be held at Jackson Memory Funeral Home on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with funeral services to follow at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be Scotty Brackin, Gary Dan Williams, and Scott Delashaw. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Town Creek.
Mrs. Williams was a lifelong resident of Town Creek and a faithful member of Donald Baptist Church. She was a devoted homemaker and loving mother who enjoyed cooking for her family and serving others in her community. She worked for many years as parts manager for Pruitt & Mauldin International Harvester Dealership in Town Creek and later as a salesperson for Town Creek Carpet.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 77 years, Jack Williams; her parents, Jesse Reno Smith and Edith Brackin Smith Givens; her son-in-law, Guy Wesley King; and her sisters, Helen Berryman (Raymond), Grace Bragwell (Carl), and Dean Greene (John).
She is survived by her son, Jackie Williams (Marian); her daughter, Shannon King; her grandchildren, Jennifer Cross (Jason), Bridget Norwood (Jeff), Gary Dan Williams (Camille), and Hope Etheridge (Brad); nine great-grandchildren, Lindsey McCutcheon (Tom), Payton Norwood, Levi Norwood, Brailan Etheridge, Will Cross, Emma Seal (Joshua), Madeline Hammond (Jasper), Matilda Williams, and Meredith Williams; and two great-great-grandchildren, Charlotte McCutcheon and Jackson Hammond.
Pallbearers will be Jason Cross, Jeff Norwood, Brad Etheridge, Will Cross, Levi Norwood, Billy Borden, and Ronnie Manley.
The family extends a special thank you to Enhabit Hospice of Decatur for the compassionate care, assistance, and loving kindness shown during Mrs. Williams’ illness.
